ETM Paperwork S70

I just sent in my paper work. I used the sample letter mentioned on the website. I also called Volvo and they said that was OK to do. They said it would take 6 to 8 weeks, and that I could call the customer service number any time to get an update on my refund status. I had two repairs, one on my 1999 V70, and the other on mt 1999 S70.
