Sounds like my 850T. It needs a throttle body cleaning as well as idle air control valve cleaning.
To verify IAC problems, try starting (when cold) with the gas pedal pushed just about 1/4 inch. Enough to open the butterfly in the TB, but not enough to increase the gas flow. This is working for my daughter because it is too cold to work on the car.
Unless your car has an ETM. I don't know if that wireless stuff works or not.
