I have the same car as you...
I also use Mobil-1: 5W-30 in winter and 10W-30 in summer. Your car takes right at 6 quarts. I usually use all 6 and then top off with just a bit more.
Buy a case of filters at a time at www.fcpgroton.com along with aluminum washers for the oil drain plug. I also bought one of those magnetic oil drain plugs. It is easy to change the oil in your car. I have to do mine about every other month at 5K mile intervals due to driving 100+ miles a day to work and back. It takes me less than 10 minutes with Rhino Ramps.
