Have you checked the refrigerant? Mine was acting similar, and I went to AutoZone, got a can with a gauge and added until the pressure was corrct on the lpw side. Fixed it. Not going to replace the condenser yet. When one can won't make it through the summer, then we;ll look at doing that.
