To Cruise or Not To Cruise 850

If it is ABS, when it comes and "goes," symptoms will be no speedometer and cruise control. Make sure your speedometer is also not working during these times. If so, then I'd suspect the ABS. Otherwise, I'd suspect the vacuum lines to the cruise control module. Possibly the replacement and your current issue is unrelated. All of the cruise control units in the 850's eventually develop a vacuum hose leak and stop responding.
