You mean those 16 year old kids who can misthread an aluminum oil pan in seconds? Or overfill you engine? They also "check" the air filter and top up fluids. Nice service, right?
They do not use the correct antifreeze.
They do not put the airfilter back correctly. Which can effect tha AMM, and a host of other things.
NEVER let them put tranny fluid in your car.
They automatically put your tire pressure at 40.

Why not change the oil yourself? Order 10 Mann filters and crush washers. Then when it comes time to change the oil, loosen the 16mm screw, put the pan underneath, pull out the screw, and let it flush for about 15 minutes. Unscrew the the filter, put on a new one, put a new crush washer on the pan screw and close it up. Add 5 quarts of oil, start the car and turn it off, and top off the oil. Including the wait time, it takes 30 minutes and you know it is done right.
