Yes, go to Walmart (or any autoparts store...) and get yourself a R134 service kit. The ones with the gauge in the hose work great. The low pressure service port for your system is just in front of the right front strut tower under the hood. You should see a black plastic cap on the valve. Remove the cap by unscrewing it (let it lay to the side, it has a retaining band on it....). Pop the service kit hose over this low pressure service valve and start the car. Run the A/C (compressor ON) in the recycle mode and fan on high. Refill the system with new R134 until you see 30-35 psi on the gauge with the compressor running. That's all there is to it. Remove the service hose and replace the plastic dust cap on the service valve and close the hood. You should now have great cold A/C. It is recommended to run the car's A/C system in the recycle mode whenever possible (the recirculation switch LED light will be ON...), this way you are only trying to cool interior cabin air instead of introducing warm outside air for the A/C system to try and re-cool all the time. You can verify the system is in recirculate mode if you don't feel any air being sucked in through the exterior inlets there at the bottom of the passengerside windshield, just under the wiper arm. If your system does not have a cabin air filter update installed I would highly suggest you install one as well. It is installed under those exterior inlets. Good luck.
