Know what you mean. My dealer would sell his mother if there was a $1.00 to be made. Have heard some highly questionable advice given by the "pros" there like "never change the ATF in an 850". I avoid him like the plague unless I need something quick that I can't get from Groton. I was in the parts dept. once and just for curiosity asked the guy what bushings for a 740 strut rod cost. Groton at the time got $5.50 ea for the stock rubber ones and $30. for a complete set of 4 of upgrade polyurethanes which I had bought and already installed. He looked in his computer and said, "All we carry are the stock rubber ones and there're $49. ea.! WOW! $200. from him vs $22. from groton. I'm sure his installation price was more than the car was worth.
