what is this light 400 1994

2volvo is right.
I own a volvo 1994 440 as well.
It is normal on this car.
This light failure light goes on when you start the car and disappears as soon you hit the brakepedal,or....after 2 minutes.
It is a startingprocedure telling you that you have no lightbulb failure when the light goes out.
