'94 440??
On the 850 and 70 series cars this means you are ready for your next oil change. You can ignore it or turn it off with the diagnostic box under the hood. Go here and check for the procedure if your car is an 850 and not 440: www.volvospeed.com (check in the repair/maitenance section). Good luck!
