SRS light on 850

Thank you for the responses. By the way, rereading my own post I realized I had forgotten to mention I have a 1994 850 turbo. The coin tray says GST and underneath is the computer hook up. I know this is not an OBDII car. Would a local yokel Volvo shop (who is cheaper than the dealer) be able to reset this light?
