Flashing Arrow, Code 223, No Start 850 1995

Just last week I had the exact same problem! The car just wouldn't start one morning. What ended up to be the problem had nothing to do with the throttle position sensor, although my OBDII scanner gave that code. I found that one one of the positive terminal connections was loose. When I wiggled it, the car started up. Since I have fixed that the car starts great. After a couple days of driving the flashing arrow went away too.
