ODB2 Code P0410 and multiple 'not ready' messages 850

Hello,

I've got a 1996 850 GLT Wagon. Until recently I had something like six "not ready" (egr, cat, o2s, 2air, ho2s, one other I can't remember) readings on my ODB2 scanner and a P0410 error (secondary air system intake problem). The P0410 is usually indicative of a bad SAS valve, relay or air pump. I replaced the SAS valve and now I'm down to "not ready" status only on o2s, cat and egr. Today the engine light came on again due to the P0410 code. The funny thing is that I hear the pump running at cold start for about the first minute or so. Does anyone know what this could be? Thanks in advance for any help!
