Did you squeeze the radiator hose and check for air in the system? What is the level of the expansion tank? Is the temp in the red? If you loosen the hose at the radiator, is fluid coming out?
Sounds like not enough fluid or the pump is not working correctly. A 93 radiator? The 95 must be a GLT. Also check the tranny level.
