I would be suspicious of the number 2 injector. If it is not operating properly, too much fuel can be fouling the plug, and killing the spark.
The fuel-air mixture is a tricky thing, it must be just right or it won't happen. Hook up a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail and see if it drops after running, it should stay pressurized for some time.
Is the #2 plug fouled? Pull it and check it out, compare to the others.
Everything seems to point to #2 cylinder, so beside spark, there is fuel injector.
I would also check all the vacuum hoses to be sure all are tight, air cleaner is new, throttle body is clean, etc.
You're close, just keep at it.
