LOL. There I am working on my vent motors and I find the magnet laying on the floor. Luckily, it didn't stick to something and I found it. I haven't taken the speaker out yet to look at the paper cone.
If it looks OK, then I will try a little glue, as you suggest. Darn car, it's starting to fall apart!
