Klaus, this happened to our '94 850...front speaker in the dash. Volvo and their environmentally friendly glue is to blame. I took a high temp weather stripping glue (The yellow stuff from 3M, I believe) and glued it back. Worked fine until we sold the car several years later. No problem gluing the magnet back on...these magnets are very strong and something between them and the cone mounting isn't going to decrease its strength to any noticable degree.
