There is no high pressure port, just low pressure. Total cleanout of the system is unnecessary and a waste of time. Just have him recharge the system.
Adding dye to find leaks is not needed, if you have a slow leak it is probably the evaporator. Replacing the evaporator is a 12 hour job.
