Hi, I hang out in the 900 RWD forum having a '94 960 with 326k miles. Thinking it is time to get a new one, the doors are starting rust on the inside and it will only take another year of two for there to be holes in them. Other than that it still runs great, my better half will use it to get to the train station every day.

There are two cars that have my interest. The V8 S80 and the Audi A6 4.2 both very sweet rides. Test drove both for a short time, the Audi has the lead in ride and handling. Though the volvo did not have sports suspension and the audi it is included as standard. The awd system in the audi is from what I have read the best in the business. Both are very sharp cars and equal on the interior, both are extremely quiet too.

Was wondering too, checked with two dealers and got two different answers, is the V8 a interference design? Is there any short comings in the engine or the drive train.
