Not true, but IPD usa makes one. This cam locking tool makes sure the cam stays in the same position while the belt is off. There are timing marks for both cams and the driveshaft sprocket. Always visually check the marks after the new belt is on and make sure you turn the engine 360 degrees before attempting to start. Removing the spark plugs makes this much easier.
