It's not very hard at all. Just follow the pics from Bay13:

Look in the back of the owners manual and get some light bulbs for the instrument cluster at the same time, any auto parts store carries them.

The first time I did this it took an hour for removal and reinstall. Just make sure you cover the edges of the cluster with a rag before pulling it all of the way out, it will scratch the vinyl.

Taking the speedo apart on your kitchen table is fairly straight forward. I use tweezers because my fingers are too big.
