inner transaxle seal & throttle service 850 1994

The dealer says my '94 turbo wagon with 128 K miles is leaking around the
inner transaxle seal and also the throttle body needs to cleaned. I'm a little
skeptical of dealers and wonder if these are common malfunctions and need to
be taken care of right away. There is oil leaking in the seal area but mostly
seems to be coming from the turbo drain(which also leaks).I may be selling
this car in the next year. Any suggestions/comments helpful.
