A/C Not Working...PLEASE HELP??? 850 1995

I do not know about the electronic A/C, as my 850 has teh basic system. However, I had similar problems, teh compressor would not kick in, yet it appeared I had a full charge of refrigerant, based on static rpressures...enought ot run amyway.

The broomstick did not work, replacing the relay did not wither.

What did work is tapping the low pressure switch, which had become stuck. That worked for a while, but repreated failures forced me to spend a whaopping $25 or so on a new switch, and all has been well since.
