This is not a software "upgrade", but a notification that new hardware has been added to your car. According to my local dealer, this must be done or the ECU will not communicate with the new part??? Same it true for new master window switch.

Please answer, we need to know if the advice is good or bad. The 164 has a new home, all I am left with are 2 turbos :)
