I don't believe there are many problems attributed to any one model year. I think the 1995 model year 850 is the one to have, but that's my opinion. $5K sounds pretty high, a starting point for negotiating, even though the mileage is low. At that price, I would want proof that the car was very well maintained during those 107K miles.
