E Brake Questions

Loosen the adjuster at the handbrake area and then go to each wheel and adjust the start adjusters until the wheel won't move easily. Then back it off until it is free moving. Then do the handbrake adjustment so that it still rolls easily, but stops it when you pull it up a few clicks or so. It is a back and forth art to get this ratio right.
