Part # 850

You need to seal that vacuum leak in order to drive the car.

If it's a hole in one of the idle air controller tubes, then you should be able to seal that with duct tape and then drive the car.

I can't predict how bad this is. All I can say is that if it were my car, and I wanted to have a reasonable and reliable life expectancy for the car, the driving around with a BAD vacuum leak like this just doesn't make sense.
