Hi, sounds like a simular problem to my 1996 850 which is 2.5 non turbo. Has done 145,000km, has a new fuel filter & new air filter.
It is difficult to start and unless I hold the accelerator down some it won't keep running. It pops back through the air cleaner intermittently and runs very rough until it warms up.
It can then run fairly smoothly and be drivable but does stall intermittently when pulling up at lights or intersections. Has a code light up on the dash but the nearest dealer is 2.5 hours away.
Am trying to track down a good OBDII diagnostic tool for this model that won't break the bank. Prefer the diagnostics on my 1994 850T.
Any help would be appreciated.
