E10 won't hurt. Wait until the companies start using E20, which won't hurt the engine either, but your mileage will decrease a little.
The introduction of E is brought to you by politicians and green earth types. It costs more in pollution to make and add to the gasoline than what straight gasoline would do to the atmosphere. But the E producers give more money to the politicians than you do, so you loose.
