Aside from the 36 mm axle nut, I can't imagine too many difficult issues. But that big socket and an impact gun are a must (at least the socket). As for bolts, it is probably mainly a liability issue like the caliper bolts on a 240 etc. etc. etc. I personally would not lose sleep over it. But the good OEM hubs would come with the bolts, I would think.
