I removed the fuel injectors and rail as a unit, left it connected to the fuel lines, but losened the clamps that secure the lines to the block. That let me swing the whole shebang up and out of the way. Thinking about it, I don't think I can just disconnect the fuel lines and leave the injectors in the manifold, as the lines will still be in the way. As long as the injectors stay in the rail, there's no real o-ring problem. It's just if the injector comes out of the rail that you can lose that little o ring. Dealer doesn't stock those either. I'm starting to wonder if they stock ANY parts.
