Just over the past week I encountered an error code for a faulty pnp switch so I go out a get it serviced & replaced.
Then, the car give me an error code 212 = short to voltage in no. 2 shift solenoid circuit.
Now I can't get the car to shift really at all. I can't really travel with the car. Transmission is in like a limp mode.
Talked with the local volvo dealership and the head mechanic said that with 250K on the car that it would be a good idea to replace both of these solenoids at the same time. So I buy the 2 solenoids needed.
I then go to my local shop in town and they perform the labor work with me and we finish in 3 hours. Then we get everything back together and test out the car. Well, we found 1st, 2nd, and car would go no farther than 3rd gear. Now I get the following error codes coming up. See list. Does anyone know what they are? I'm getting a bit tired throwing money into this already. I need a fix!
Bank A1 = 322
Bank A2 = 212
Bank A3 = 211
Bank A3 = 212
Bank A3 = 312
Bank A3 = 322
What does Bank A & Bank B represent?
Then what does 1 - 6 represent in each of them?
Thanks for the help here.
