Get a gasket from the dealer, stop by an autoparts store and get a can of TB cleaner, and DIY. It is not hard, no re-torquing of bolts, and you will clean it better than any shop.
Use a pair of wire cutting dikes to reclamp the hoses from the idle air control. Just squeeze, don't cut.
