Either you need a new temp sensor, or, your cleaning of the plug and tits on the sensor didn't work. I suspect the latter. Antifreeze is a real pain to clean off, especially the inside of the female connector.
You could try using a can of electrical cleaner and really bathe the connector and the temp sensor tits.
Or, bite the bullet and buy a new ECT sensor.
