Unstable idle V70-XC70 2001

Yes the car surges forward, I am going to check this out, thanks for helping me, BTW, I took it to this mechanic and he said the PCV system needs to be replaced at 107000, he put his finger on the oil deep stick probe, and said this is an early stage of failing PCV . He said he has to replace the breader box and the whole thing- I went to check it out on parts website, and for some reason V70 2.4 T and S60 2.4T from 2001 don't have this available as an item. Neither IPD or FCP groton carry this, may be I should call them.
