Snow traction XC90

I had the xc70 and found it great in the snow, agile, grip to the road. The XC90 is decent, feels heavy, but not agile and on the snowey and icey roads had left me less confident, to the point where I let the other SUV's pass me by, so I won't slow them down. And believe me, it is not because I am not sure of myself, just not sure of my vehicle. Seems like an old Ford Explorer I had. Clumsy handling and not too sure footed. I would take the XC70 any day over this one, but I want the SUV style and height off the ground.
