Engine missfire under load S40-V40 1999

Hi All,
My daughter's 99 V40 turbo misses under load mainly in the 35-55mph range.

New plugs have not helped. No faults are shown with the scan tool. I was thinking either ignition leads or one of the two ignition coils. Is there any way of bench testing the coil?
