Replacement Steering Wheel S70 2000

As a promised follow-up to my post of about two weeks, I had my S70SE in for the 37.5K servicing yesterday at which time the dealer replaced the "spotting" steering wheel. The replacement steering wheel is identical to the original EXCEPT the wrap on the steering wheel is significantly thicker. Actually going to take a little getting used to, but no complaints and do appreciate that Volvo reconsidered the issue. Service Manager mentioned on the phone that the East Shore location of the dealership, recently opened, has four steering wheels to replace and that the West Shore location has more so this is not isolated.

Dealer also found something loose/broken in the front anti-sway which was replaced under warrenty. Wife brought the car in - so need to follow up to see exactly what it was.

As an aside - wife loved the 2001 V70XC loaner car.
