I didn't see your original post. What is the "spotting" you're taking about? On my 1999 V70 AWD, the leather is sticky in places. At these places there is no leather grain left either, so I assume I'm feeling the adhesive coming through. Is this what you're talking about?

My car is a few thousand miles beyond warranty now. Do I have to replace the whole steering wheel or can I get just a cover?
