850 will not turn over 850

Moving forward. I checked the voltage to the solinoid at starter when trying to start the car. No voltage present. The starter is good because I put 12 volts on it and started the car.

Any ideas of where to go next. I am think PNP switch. The key switch was replaced about 6 months ago. Not a big problem but I didn't keep the old one.

Any help appreciated.
