FIX OR SELL AS IS? 850 1993

My '93 850 has 157,000 miles. Been a great car. But time for another newer model. The car needs the following: timing belt change (works fine, but haven't replaced since 70K), new tires, cracked CV joint, new brakes all around. Those are the obvious. If I replace/repair all, will I get the money out of it? Or should make a full disclosure and sell as is? Thanks. Dan
