We need more data to solve your delema. If you just washed your engine, the spark plugs holes are full of water and need to be dried out. Do not drain the water into your cylinders! That will kill the engine.

When you go to an auto parts store to borrow a scanner, you will find multiple misfire codes and one code for possible cat damage. Change your spark plugs and delete the codes.
