Which bushings are you talking about - I couldn't really tell from your post. There are bushings that tie the two halves of the "Delta Link" trailing arms together and then there are end links that tie the delta links to the frame of the car. The end links can be a pain but once I figured out that they were encased in plastic I used a torch to melt them out and they were fairly easy to replace.
