Yes, It was overlooked because the Volvo dealership told us there was nothing to worry about and we did not need to mark a discrepancy. We have everything settled now. We got the Volvo dealship to settle with us for causing the problem and it cannot be discolsed. I just wanted people to not have the same problems that we went through.
