OEM Wheel Source S70 1998

Aside from the Volvo dealer, is there a source for OEM wheels for a S70? I have a couple of wheels that are slightly out of round and are causing a bit of vibration when mounted on the front. I would like to eventually replace, but have limited funds and would like to maintain the stock wheels.
