The likelyhood of multiple coil packs going bad approaches zero. When one coil pack goes out, your will get a code for a particular cylinder.

Multiple misfire is usually associated with worn out spark plugs, or just bad gaps. I suggest pulling your plugs, cleaning them with a wire brush and checking the gap. About .028" for a turbo, single electrode. NA plugs should be replaced at around 30-40K miles.
