I already replaced the gasket (I ordered about 5 of them, gave 2 to my folks changed mine and kept the extra as a spare)

I'm thinking the part is called a vent tube and that the clamp on it may have failed, or the tube has a small crack. I should've been more specific, I guess, but the gasket was the first thing I tried.
