1998 S70 Is 23 MPG normal? 1999 V70 5-speed about the same S70

I have a T-5 model S70, so not an exact match either.

In town, I get about 19 mpg. Highway, i usually get between 28-sometimes 30 if I go easy. Mixed driving (like back & forth to work for me, some stop & go and some country roads) 23 sounds about right, but then again mine is a turbo. Really, I've discovered, my car's mileage really depends on the kind of driving you are doing and that there's not much that you can really do about it short of REALLY watching your foot.
