I have yet to do this maintinence on my '03 V70. From the looks of things at IPD, eeuroparts and fcpgroton, you have to get the entire assembly(~$100) which includes the temp sensor (a $64 part).
I guess the days of the T-stat alone are gone for us...well they still exist on my 740Turbo thankfully.
BTW, a dealer sold you a T-stat alone?
Anyone else w/ input?
I'd love to do the service for $20!
