Volvo Buying Question

Ok, update found another car to look at:

1998 V70R - 122k miles, $6k asking price - black, interior looks good and has the 3 disc cd changer. Bit concerned about the miles and age, but it's a wagon, an r-series at that, and carfax says it's had all the maintenance including timing belt and turbo serviced.

Opinions?
